Kramer Electronics is pleased to announce the introduction of the high resolution VP-200N5 computer graphics video distribution amplifier. The VP-200N5 is a high-performance, HDTV compatible distribution amplifier for computer graphics video signals with resolutions up to and exceeding UXGA. The unit accepts one computer graphic input, provides accurate buffering and isolation, and then distributes the signal to two identical outputs on a high-density 15-pin HD connector. The VP-200N5 has a video bandwidth of 370MHz, to ensure outstanding performance with high-resolution graphics modes such as UXGA (1600x1200).  

The VP-200N5 features Kramer’s Kr-isp® advanced sync processing technology. It restores the sync signal waveform to provide a sharp, stable image and ensure compatibility with a wide range of computers, even if the sync level is too low. 

The VP-200N5 also supports EDID communication. The EDID data is directly passed from output 1 of the VP-200N5 to the input. This EDID connection ensures a convenient and reliable connection between the source and the displays. The VP-200N5 comes in a compact Kramer TOOLS™ enclosure. It operates with a 5V DC power supply and includes one 3ft 15-pin HD cable.

The VP-200N5 is available in the United States and is shipped from Kramer to dealers in master cartons with 10 units per carton.
