Hampton, NJ – September 5th, 2003 – Kramer Electronics US, a worldwide supplier of audio, video and computer graphics signal distribution, switching and processing equipment for the broadcast, production, security, education and ProAV presentation markets, announced that it has hired Michael Lewis as its new West Coast Regional Sales Manager.
Lewis has a history of association with Kramer. He spent 15 years at Comprehensive Video Supply serving as the Purchasing / Product Manager. Kramer Electronics debuted in the US through Comprehensive Video Supply and Mike was an integral part of this debut in the US by Kramer.
Lewis next joined Kratek Corporation as its Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Kratek was the exclusive US agent for Kramer Electronics in the US. Mike spent three years with Kratek and was instrumental in expanding Kramer’s US business 330% during his tenure with Kratek. He also expanded distribution to include the West coast.
“Mike has, in one way or another, been associated with Kramer in the US longer than anyone else on the Kramer US team today”, explained Dave Bright, President of Kramer Electronics US. “He brings not only his past experience with Kramer, but a tremendous record of sales accomplishments and we so pleased to have him as an official Kramer team member.”
Most recently, Lewis has served for six years as the General Manager of Sales and Marketing for CompuCable Corporation. In that capacity, Mike established distribution for CompuCable in several new markets including major consumer retail accounts, popular PC catalog retailers and large computer distributors.

Mike grew up in Rockland County, New York. He attended Clarkstown South High School in New York and currently resides in Orange County, California.
