ReReflex have recently installed a new boardroom at T-Mobile including furniture and audio-visual equipment.
The brief included requirements; that the boardroom table should seat up to 32 people, each of whom should be able to present information from their own laptop; that there should be provision for videoconferencing for a range of audience sizes up to 20 people; and that all attendees should be able to view presented material from wherever they sat in the room.
A custom built teardrop table allows a view of twin rear projection screens at one end of the room. A videoconferencing camera is also positioned here. Two 50” plasma screens have been suspended from wall-to-ceiling columns in parallel with a second videoconferencing camera.
AV sources include CD, VHS and DVD players.
Kramer VP-1616xl and VS-808xl matrix switchers are used for routing AV sources to their destinations, along with a VM-2N distribution amplifier.
