Kramer Electronics equipment is sold in the Czech Republic by the dealers. The dealer acts as the importer of the equipment into the Czech Republic. Thus the dealer has the legal responsibility to:

• Register as the WEEE producer in the Czech Republic

• Finance arrangements for collection and recycling of WEEE arising from Kramer Electronics equipment that the dealer sells in the Czech Republic
