The dealer acts as the importer of the equipment into Belgium. Thus the dealer has the legal responsibility to:

• Register as the WEEE producer in Belgium.
• Finance arrangements for collection and recycling of WEEE arising from Kramer Electronics equipment that the dealer sells in Belgium.
