Audio Editing

Audio/Video Glossary - Audio EditingCombining audio material of different origin into one continuous piece. For example, when a sound track is added to a videotape, various background sounds, music and speech may be supplemented in order to highlight particular scenes in a movie. Audio correction can also be done during video editing. Audio equalization*, audio noise reduction*, Dolby* encoding, etc. are functions available on many quality editors.
